Dyma gan hollol wych o albwm ‘solo’ Gruff Rhys! / This is a fantastic song by Gruff Rhys called ‘Ni yw y Byd’ (We are the World). The song comes from the album ‘Yr Atal Genhedlaeth’, he debut solo album by Super Furry Animals frontman Gruff Rhys. Entirely in the language of Welsh, the title of the album and many of the songs are plays on words and puns that might not be obvious even to a Welsh-speaker. Take the album title - ‘Yr Atal Genhedlaeth - ‘The Stuttering Generation’ but ‘atalgenhedlu’ is Welsh for a contraceptive.
